RECEIVING & ACCEPTING ORDERS: 

Your order is accepted ONCE processed by Alex Design .

Your order is deemed to be entered correctly , our terms and conditions are considered accepted unless you notify us within 24 hours from the date you submit your order.

Delivery Charges:

Fees are charged per delivery address/ country . Delivery fees for large furniture items are calculated based upon the weight of the product and the distance from our delivery centers. If you have additional questions please contact customer service at +201283643323

Pricing:

The Prices are base prices. The finishes and other options will change price. Please select finish and other options you want to see accurate pricing online.

Custom Items :

Custom items must be submitted for a quote, once approved they must be prepaid and they are not refundable.

Cancellation & Return Policy :

All the shipments are well inspected and packed before leaving our Factory.

If you are not satisfied with your items upon arrival, please inform us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation.

check your order immediately. Inspect your order with the delivery man present.

Inform your carrier immediately to report any damage . 

for the international deliveries : Any Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Releasing the delivery man and signing delivery receipt “Subject to inspection”, may result in your loss, so check before the delivery man leaves .

 We will not be liable for damages reported after five business days post-delivery. 

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been entered into production.

Our Products are hand made .. The individual craftsmanship will cause slight differences in each item’s measurement and finish.  We, and most of our customers, think the imperfect nature of hand-made and finishing methods create a soulful look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product.
